The quote can depend on whether the space is reserved and how much availability they have at the time. Keep in mind that not all operators in Subiaco offer monthly parking. Subiaco Village Car Park for example, is managed by Wilson and only offers daily drive up parking. Subipark, a City of Subiaco initiative, manages 42 on-street and off-street car parks. The majority of council car parks in the area charge $1.80 per hour with a daily max of $12. St John of God Subiaco hospital does offer parking for $18/day and you can purchase a weekly parking permit for $75/week but they don’t offer monthly vouchers. Nearby streets cost around $3.50 an hour for parking.

Evening parking can get quite busy, particularly over the weekends. There’s also the Saturday Subi Farmer’s Market from 8am to 12pm. Most people will park at Rowland St car park, Theatre Gardens car park or the school car park as well as the surrounding streets but it can fill up quickly.
